Ready for a strength routine? Ready for a strength workout change? Take your cycling up a notch by adding a strength training routine! Follow along with this workout as it utilizes the kettle bell. This is a full body workout that you can run for 4 to 8 weeks. You will perform this workout 2 to 3 days a week on non-consecutive days. Be sure to push yourself during this workout by grabbing a heavier ketlebell when you can. I have worked with and around athletes, developed many programs, and have seen amazing results!
