This is a MTB (can also be used for Fat Bike Racing) training program that will get you in shape to kick ass in a couple MTB races. There are 4 different levels to choose from, so be sure to pick your level of fitness! With this program you will get cycling workouts to follow on the bike as well as Strength Training!
