This is a MTB, Fat Bike, or other bike training program that will get you to beat the competition in a 100 mile race. This program is designed to get you ready for the big day. With this program you will get cycling workouts to follow on the bike as well as Strength Training! I also have included tips and things to do and have to improve your chances of finishing your race.
