After you blast a hard training block and rock a few races, you need to have a little rest and maintenance. Not sure what to do? Follow this program to let your body recover and also to maintain and not lose what you have built! This program can be run from 4 weeks to 8 weeks following a hard training block. That means if you need 5 weeks of rest and maintenance, this will work! Before you start this program you can take a full week off or just ease into this program, the choice is yours, a week off can be a good thing! This training program does not come with any personalized communication.
