This is an 8 week MTB, Fat Bike, or other bike training program that will get you to smash and finish a 100 mile race in the Expert category. This program is designed to get you ready for the big day, if you are an expert level rider that HAS been keeping up on the training, you can train for these 8 weeks to see the results you want. With this program you will get 8 weeks of workouts to follow on the bike as well as 8 weeks of Strength Training! I also have included tips and things to do and have to improve your chances of finishing your race. Adding a foam roller routine two times a week to your schedule would be beneficial at this level of racing. Is it your goal to get better, to win, to move up a level?
