This is a 12 week MTB, Fat Bike, or other bike training program that will get you to beat the competition in a 100 mile race in the Elite category. This program is designed to get you ready for the big day, if you are an elite level rider that has not been keeping up on the training, you will want to train for these 12 weeks to see the results you want. With this program you will get 12 weeks of workouts to follow on the bike as well as 12 weeks of Strength Training! I also have included tips and things to do and have to improve your chances of finishing your race. At this level of racing it would be beneficial to include foam rolling and yoga a couple times a week each. Is it your goal to get better, to win, to move up a level?
