This is a 14 week MTB, Fat Bike, or other bike training program that will get you in shape to do well and finish a 100 mile race in the beginner category. This program is designed to get you ready for the big day, no short cuts, if you are a beginner level rider you need to train for these 14 weeks. With this program you will get 14 weeks of workouts to follow on the bike as well as 14 weeks of Strength Training!
